- We buy the products from certified Italian, European and USA suppliers and can guarantee the 100% originality most of the products offered on our webpage has been inspect from us physically but we work also on a drop-ship base where we can’t check the goods.
- Whom do I contact if there’s a problem with my order?
- If you have any problem with your order please do not hesitate to contact with our support center from the contact section of our website as soon as you place your question you will receive an answer in not more than 24 hours.
- Where do I go to get a refund?
- If you have any problem with your purchase such as damage product, wrong product you can ask for your refund at info@modastore.es you will be refunded after inspection in not more than 48 hours.
- Can I turn back the product if it is wrong size or just without reason?

Modastore will not accept claims for wrong size (jeans, shoes, underwear, lingerie and etc.) and with no reason as this is the e-commerce business with the best possible price on the market.
If you have made mistake with your size please contact with our support team and you can turn back the product for a possible exchange.
Please be advised that all the duties on the transport cost are subjects to the buyers.
- Do I have to pay any customs charges with my order?

Modastore use a European Outsource facility and all European customer will not be obligated to pay any customs duty in the EU.
Any other customers outside the European Union will be obligated to pay the duties according the customs policy of their country.
- Did I get everything I was supposed to?
- Modastore will provide a following up emails with the status of your order as soon as it shipped you will received an email with the invoice and list with products in your order, when you received the parcel you can check the list of your items according it.
- Should I expect more communication from the seller (Modastore)?

When you make an order with Modastore you will receive:

- confirmation mail that your order has been prepared to be dispatched
- confirmation mail that your order has been dispatched (with a tracking number to follow your parcel)
